fixing broken things

I've been finding slideshows missing off of art-e-zine (mainly due to defunct photo sites, a real pain) and fixing them up. (at last) Here's one I did last night, the rest of the article  Trash inda House Book is here. free slideshow by PhotoSnack with watermark.
Update. Photosnack no longer exists (always the way) so I come from the future to fill in the blank box.
I used the code from (June 2021 faux Polaroid post) so hopefully this will stay working

Vintage Typo Errors for iPad

Who doesn't want to do their typing on a French vintage typewriter on their smart new iPad. Well me for one!! I'm a real sucker for unusual apps. It is almost impossible to use, no undo button, different keyboard layout, and small keys. But it does type on wonderful old papers with cool French graphics, and I love the sound. Yea I could be a real writer with this app, with some practise, if I had something to write. If I could write in French. If I had the time. If you want to find it

Pacha Posters Wrecked Journal

Lucy gave me a 'Wreck This Journal' few years ago, and of course haven't touched it. Its supposed to encourage you into journaling by means of simple prompts per page, like rip this page up, or stand on it, a little out of my comfort zone to be fair, but that is the point. Anyway I got a few to many Pacha prints when my laser played up, so being the same size, thought I would pimp up the journal's cover with one and some mementos from my holiday in Ibiza.  (so wish I was back, grey and rainy here:(
I've always been a fan of the Pacha Flower Power posters, don't know who designs them but they feel very free. I collected some digital copies and put them on a Pinterest board, if you want to see.

Columbia Rd. Flower Market

Columbia Road Flower Market in the East End of London, nearish to Brick Lane and Spitalfields. One of my favourite inspiring places, full of flowers, plants, people and street musicians. Lots of small interesting boutiques selling handmade craft, arty and vintage garden shops alongside the flower stalls. Coffee shop bars restaurants as well. An amazing place to spend your time on a Sunday morning and get cheap stuff for your garden. Can be quite crowded. A side turning into Ezra St, is worth a look and find Lili Vanilli who makes the freshest donuts and fudge brownies, if you missed breakfast. I was just snapping pics with my Lumix. More info here Here are some more photos from another visit (more plants for the garden)taken with Hipstamatic. Showing some stuff from the interesting boutiques and arty shops <

pogo transfers

I shall be doing this when my Pogo arrives in the post.
Check out the page on art-e-zine about it. Looks exciting, a continuation of Polaroid Transfers, which I never got to grips with, maybe I'll be luckier this time
